Employee of the Month- Ben Johnson


Congratulations to our latest C.A.R.E Award recipient, Ben Johnson! Fox Motors C.A.R.E. Award is given by a committee of peers with suggestions from clients, employees, and anyone who has contact with the dealership. C.A.R.E. stands for "Create A Remarkable Experience."



A service customer had was in need of two new tires for her car. She had expressed that money had been a little tight for her lately, and that she couldn’t afford to replace the expensive twenty inch tires. Ben had been working on the vehicle and recognized that he could help her out- he happened to have the exact tire brand and size match at home. Using his lunch break to drive home, Ben brought back the two tires and then gave them to the customer. Ben was able to recognize that he had the opportunity to make a positive difference for the woman in need, going far beyond what was expected! Ben’s dedication to excellence is a fine example of what it means to create remarkable experiences for our clients. In the words of his manager, “Ben’s actions reflect proudly upon himself and the entire Fox organization.”



Pam has been a dedicated employee for many years. Day in and day out, she is here to serve customers and employees alike. She always has her finger on the pulse and is integral to upholding communication between our stores. Pam has been especially helpful this holiday season, decorating the store in time for the ‘Toys for Tots’ drive. She has been sure to project a pleasant demeanor and greet each toy donor with a smile! Pam’s warm presence will surely bring more locals coming back to our stores in the future. Great job, Pam!


Adam has proven himself to be a great representative for Fox Charlevoix. Customers refer him on a regular basis and come back to work with him again. Adam commutes an hour each way and still manages to arrive early! He seldom takes days off and his passion for the job is contagious, making those around him stronger. Eager to help out on the lot and help others to succeed, Adam understands that you get back what you put in to your work. Thank you Adam, for your valuable contributions and for creating remarkable experiences for our customers!


Leanna had spent a great deal of time to find an affordable vehicle for a young single mother. After finally settling on a pre-owned Jeep, the young lady was relieved to have found a dependable vehicle for her budding family. Shortly after, on a trip to Ohio, the vehicle broke down on the side of a busy highway. The woman and her young son were stranded and in need of immediate assistance. She called upon Leanna to help. Leanna spent the entire morning communicating with the customer, tow companies, and local Ohio dealerships. She was able to arrange a tow truck and get the customer set up with a dealer in Ohio to address the immediate issue. Leanna then followed up with a service appointment here to be sure the vehicle was in proper working order. Thank you Leanna, for making the best of a tough situation and doing the right thing for the customer.
